Having now been living with Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes for 25 months, I have come to learn one very important fact. Regardless of which type of diabetes a person has, there is ONE common trait, and that is:
"diabetics are inefficient at converting carbohydrates/sugars/starch into energy"
